7
Reasons You Should Own An Alumacraft
Greater
Selection
You will find the size and floorplan you need—from 10' to 20' long,
32" to 72" wide, with modified-, flat bottom hull or tunnel
hull. Choose from center console, side console or tiller steering. You
can get fishing seats, flip-flop seats, aluminum floors and decks,
spray-in liners, livewells, and special paint on select models.
All Welded or Riveted Construction
Our AWs are the first choice for those who prefer all-welded
construction. If you are looking for rugged with less weight, you’ll
appreciate our six decades of experience building riveted aluminum
boats.
More Ribs
Our AW jons are built with ribs positioned on narrow 12" centers.
This spacing results in more ribs making the hull stronger and more
stable the entire length of the boat.
Bigger Ribs
Our AW ribs can take a pounding. They’re heavier, wider and stronger;
making the entire boat tougher and more rigid.
Keel Breaks
These longitudinal corrugations in the bottom act just like the
corrugations in a metal roof. They give you a much stronger and rigid
bottom design.
Heavier Gauge Aluminum
The top quality 5052 marine grade aluminum we use is heavier than
you’ll find in a thin-skinned competitive jon boat.
See the Difference
Look closely. You’ll see a tighter fit; smooth, even welds; larger
rivets; and precision construction throughout. This is a jon boat
you’ll be proud to call your own.
